Exam  Details

Exam Name– National Eligibility Test for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship

Subjects– Economics, Political Science, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, History, Anthropology, Commerce, Education, Social work and various subjects.(refer the information bulletin)

Educational Qualification– Passed or appearing Master Degree in the concerned subject with at least minimum 55% marks from a recognized university/institute

How to Apply – Interested and eligible candidates can apply for CBSE NET July 2018 through the official website of CBSE from 05-March-2018 to 05-April-2018.

Mode of Selection- Written Exam

New Exam Scheme for NET July 2018 – As per the notification, the NET July 2018 will be conducted on the basis of revised exam pattern. The details of new exam pattern are given below:

There will be Two papers : Paper I & Paper II

Paper I

Total Questions- 50 (all are compulsory)

Full Marks- 100 (Each question carries 02 marks)

Duration- 1.00 hours

Topic– Teaching/Research Aptitude /Reasoning Ability /General Awareness

Paper II

Total Questions- 100 (all are compulsory)

Full Marks- 200 (Each question carries 02 marks)

Duration- 2.00 hours

Topic- Subject Related
